Are you kidding?

Everything in this upcoming election, the candidates, social media, etc., seems to be a joke. However, isn't this the one thing that happens every four years that SHOULD be taken seriously? I do not really understand great details of this election, but from the surface it seems to be run through Facebook and Twitter.

Politics need to be made fun of. It helps people like me understand what is going on and makes them less intimidating. The debate between the various parties always gets heated, so by making a joke out of the bigger joke (the election), things become more relatable and realistic.

Now I am not saying that the election should be taken as a joke, but it should be talked about in a more relaxed funny way. Saturday Night Live thought so also. Donald Trump didn't.

For years before the election, Trump had been parodied and made fun of on NBC's SNL. In the past, he has even made fun of himself. However, this past Saturday he was made fun of, and he did not like it. Over the weekend, Alec Baldwin had portrayed him on the show. A day after it aired, Trump TWEETED at the actor saying that Baldwin was part of the campaign "ganging up on his White House bid".

REALLY TRUMP? SNL held a skit on politics to lighten the mood with the upcoming election. They were not voicing their opinion. Most likely Baldwin himself is a Republican since he makes millions of dollars a year. And a tweet, Trump? Real mature.

P.S. Clinton was also made fun of in the opening sketch.
