Theme (Song) of My Life

Today in class I was asked, "What is the theme song of me"? I really couldn't think of anything because my ideas and thoughts are always changing. However, there is one thing that will never change, the place I grew up.

To answer the question of what is my theme song, I would say that is would be 'Boston' by Kenny Chesney. The main point of the song is to talk about a girl who lived in Boston and picks up everything she has to move away, someplace warmer. Although Boston is my favorite place and North Carolina does not have tropical weather, I figure close enough. I lived outside of Boston my whole life but I am very independent and I knew that I wanted to move away and do something different. And I am glad of the decision I chose.

The song is about new beginnings which was always desirable to me as I had to make my college decision. Its about a girl who is independent enough try something out of the ordinary. The girl will always be proud of where she comes from.
